Training Supervisor

About the role

The Training Supervisor will lead the planning, scheduling and delivery of classroom training programs that support client initiatives and ensure a highly prepared workforce. This role works closely with the Training Manager, Quality Supervisor and Operations teams to drive continuous improvement, cost efficiency and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a department of well‑trained, competent professionals.
• Conduct Train‑the‑Trainer sessions and quarterly one‑on‑one meetings with trainers.
• Coordinate with Quality Supervisor and Operations to resolve consistency issues.
• Create and manage the consultant training schedule.
• Collaborate with Training managers, operations, and other Convergys personnel.
• Maintain and develop training workbooks and other instructional tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred) with 2‑4 years relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead, mentor and coach a team.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent attention to detail and flexible schedule availability.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
