People Technology Analyst – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an automation‑driven, hands‑on People Technology Analyst to review, streamline, and automate Tether’s global People Operations processes. The role will audit existing workflows, pinpoint manual bottlenecks, and leverage our HR tech stack to create efficient, automated solutions while advancing People Analytics capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Map, review, and continuously audit current People Operations workflows.
• Identify manual pain points and design scalable automation solutions.
• Implement and maintain automated processes using the company’s HR technology platform.
• Enhance People Analytics by integrating data from automated workflows.
• Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure seamless adoption of new tools.
• Document process changes and monitor performance metrics.

Required profile

• Strong passion for operational efficiency and process improvement.
• Analytical mindset with a proven track record of automating manual tasks.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience with HR technology and workflow automation is preferred.
