Logistics Assistant – Athens

About the role

Foundever, a global leader in customer experience, is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support its IT asset operations in Athens. You will be responsible for managing equipment flow, from receipt and inspection to storage and shipment, ensuring smooth logistics for internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Administer IT asset management, handling check‑in/check‑out of loaned equipment via WASP and generating documentation with DocuSign.
• Receive, inspect, log, and verify incoming equipment against accompanying paperwork.
• Assemble IT equipment, prepare shipping packages, and coordinate movement between locations and users.
• Generate shipment documents and liaise with courier vendors for deliveries and returns.
• Maintain organized storage rooms for IT assets, ensuring proper placement and inventory accuracy.
• Track pending deliveries and returns, preparing regular reports on equipment movement and logistics metrics.
• Handle daily operational tickets related to logistics processes.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Greek (C1 level or higher).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the capacity to work in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple departments and interact with staff at all levels.
• Prior logistics or asset‑management experience is an advantage.
