Junior Consultant – Payroll Outsourcing

About the role

Deloitte is seeking a Junior Consultant to support payroll outsourcing projects for Greek clients. You will work closely with senior consultants to ensure compliance with local labour legislation and help clients optimise their workforce management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with day‑to‑day workforce management and labour compliance, focusing on Digital Work Card, time & attendance, and ERGANI II.
• Develop a solid understanding of Greek labour legislation and apply it in client environments.
• Respond to client requests, providing timely support on operational and compliance matters.
• Analyse client data and help implement compliant workforce management processes.
• Leverage technology solutions to improve labour compliance and process optimisation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality consulting services and build trusted client relationships.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years of relevant payroll experience, preferably in an international firm or large organisation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience with the full annual payroll cycle and interaction with payroll vendors.
• Strong knowledge of Greek Social Security and labour law.
• Excellent command of English and professional communication skills.
