German & English Trainer (Athens)

About the role

Foundever™ is seeking a bilingual German & English Trainer to join its Athens team. You will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that support new hires and existing agents in a fast‑paced BPO environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create, deliver and conclude onboarding trainings for new hires.
• Develop continuous learning modules based on business needs.
• Conduct scenario‑based and role‑play sessions for customer advisors.
• Collect feedback, monitor targets and assess training effectiveness.
• Build an annual training calendar and prepare detailed teaching plans.
• Produce classroom handouts, instructional aids and manuals.
• Guide structured learning experiences and ensure quality outcomes.
• Orient new employees to company processes and culture.
• Periodically review programs to align with market trends and client strategies.
• Perform any other reasonable duties requested by managers.

Required profile

• College degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 9 months experience in a BPO environment.
• Proven adult training or coaching experience.
• Native or C1/C2 level proficiency in German (verbal & written).
• Native or C1/C2 level proficiency in English (verbal & written).
