French‑Speaking Microsoft Technical Support Expert

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking professionals to join our Microsoft Technical Support team in Greece. You will work directly with Microsoft Business Customers, providing expert assistance and ensuring a high‑quality support experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and chat, troubleshooting Microsoft Business products.
• Log and track cases in internal systems, keeping customers and stakeholders informed of status.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and collaborate with internal teams to achieve resolution.
• Provide detailed technical guidance on Windows OS, networking, Office suite, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams and related services.
• Investigate root causes, propose solutions and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French with excellent written and spoken English.
• 2‑3 years of help‑desk or system‑administration experience supporting medium to large businesses.
• Degree or solid background in Computer Science, IT Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and active‑listening abilities.
