Director of Human Resources

About the role

The Director of Human Resources will join the property’s executive committee, reporting directly to the General Manager and working closely with the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources. This senior HR leader will shape and execute the human‑resource strategy for the property, aligning talent initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the property’s HR strategy, translating business priorities into actionable plans.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning, workforce planning and performance management.
• Oversee the human capital review process, assess leadership pipelines and drive succession initiatives.
• Manage engagement surveys, monitor HR metrics and present results to owners and senior leadership.
• Ensure effective use of the myHR system by managers and employees.
• Act as change manager for high‑impact employee initiatives and support diversity strategies.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field with 4 years of relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.
• Proven ability to work independently, develop processes and influence business outcomes.
